Reverend David Hornor came to Peace Community Church in 2006.  He  and Dianne married in 1988.  They have one child in college and two who graduated recently.

Converted to Christ in the late 1970’s, Dave has served as a pastor in British Columbia, Canada and a missionary in Papua New Guinea where he and his family lived beside a jungle airstrip.

Pastor Dave is learning to play blues guitar, and enjoys bicycling and jogging.  In 2003 he and his son ran a marathon.

Melinda Morris came to Peace Community Church in 2006.  She and Christian married in 2000.  They have four children, two in high school and two in elementary.

A lifelong Christian, Melinda comes from the great state of Ohio (Go Buckeyes!) and settled in Houston in 1987. She  served PCC as a teacher in the Mother’s Day Out program before accepting the position of Administrative Assistant where she works to serve God, the church, and the congregation.

Melinda is a devoted wife and loving mother.  She enjoys suspenseful movies, scrapbooking, boating days at the lake, and her wonderful husband’s excellent cooking. She strives to see her children succeed in life and makes the most of every day God has given.
