Children are a precious gift from God.  PCC’s Children’s Ministry Team works to ensure our children are taught God’s Word in a Christ-centered learning environment.  Our goal is to teach children and show God’s love by using age-appropriate curriculum based on the Bible, teaching aids (such as posters or DVD/VHS), prayer, crafts, songs, games, activities and through special events at Christmas and Easter.

Our  Nursery is available when needed for infants through 3 years old.

A  Children’s Message is given twice a month during the service before the children are dismissed for Children’s Church.  The children are asked to go to the front and sit.  A special short Biblical devotion is given to them.  Often, the adults learn too!

Children’s Church is for children ages 4 through 3^rd grade.  The children are dismissed from the worship service before the sermon and led to where they will have a service of their own with a Bible story, prayer, songs, craft and giving of their offerings.

We have two Sunday School classes for children ages 4 through 1^st grade and 2^nd through 5^th grade.  The classes are from 11:20 am until 12:20 pm during the school year; we recess for the summer.

On Wednesday nights, the children have Pioneer Discovery Club. Discovery Club is a new Pioneer Clubs program that we are using at PCC for kids K through 6th grade.   We have an age appropriate time of Bible study, life application, Bible verse memory, award/skill activities, prayer and snack time.  We meet from 6:45 pm until 8:15 pm during the school year; we recess for the summer.
